Lamka, March 6, 2026: Member of the Manipur Legislative Assembly (MLA) from 60-Singngat Assembly Constituency, Chinlunthang, has congratulated Calvin Ginminlien Zou of Tangpijol Village for clearing the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Examination 2025, securing Rank 134.
In a congratulatory message issued on March 6, the MLA described the achievement as a "rare and momentous phenomenon" for the constituency and a proud moment for the community.
He said the success reflects Calvin Zou's immense hard work, dedication, perseverance, and commitment to excellence, adding that the accomplishment should inspire many young aspirants in the community.

Calvin Ginminlien Zou is the son of Pu Haukhanpau Zou of Tangpijol Village in Singngat Sub-Division, Churachandpur District.
