THE Indian Air Force (IAF) has announced an Agniveervayu Recruitment Rally (Intake 01/2027) to be held at the Nagaland Armed Police Training Centre (NAPTC), Chumoukedima, in September 2026.
According to a notification issued by the 11 Airmen Selection Centre, Guwahati, the rally will cover candidates from Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura.
The recruitment rally for women candidates will be conducted on 1–2 September 2026, with reporting scheduled at 5.30 a.m. on 1 September. The rally for men candidates will be held on 4–5 September 2026, with reporting at 5.30 a.m. on 4 September.
The notification has been circulated to the Directorate of Employment, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Nagaland, requesting support in disseminating information and increasing participation in the recruitment drive.
The Indian Air Force has also requested district employment authorities to organise online awareness sessions and career counselling programmes for students of schools, colleges, Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) and polytechnic institutions to encourage more eligible youth to apply.
