Myanmar: Junta Held Peace Talks With 13 Groups Including CNO

MYANMAR Junta leader Min Aung Hlaing said at a Naypyidaw meeting today that peace talks were held with 13 local armed groups, including Falam-based CNO/CNDF. 

He said the "door to peace is open" and invited all EAOs — NCA signatories and non-signatories — to talks with no preconditions.

CNO/CNDF is part of the Chin Brotherhood. They captured Falam town in April 2025, but lost it back to junta forces on April 25, 2026.
