Imphal, September 4, 2026: The Hill Areas Committee (HAC) of the Manipur Legislative Assembly will hold a meeting on September 7, 2026, at 10 am at the Chamber of the HAC Chairman at the Manipur Legislative Assembly Secretariat.
According to a notification issued by the Assembly Secretariat on September 3, the meeting will discuss three agenda items: Autonomous District Council matters, Village Authority matters and miscellaneous issues.
All members of the Committee have been requested to attend the meeting. The notification was issued by the Secretary of the Manipur Legislative Assembly.

I am directed to submit the delimitation committee report of 10 autonomous district councils of Manipur namely: (1) Tamenglong Autonomous District Council, (2) Ukhrul Autonomous District Council, (3) Chandel Autonomous District Council, (4) Senapati Autonomous District Council, (5) Noney Autonomous District Council, (6) Churachandpur Autonomous District Council, (7) Sadar Hills Autonomous District Council, (8) Tengnoupal Autonomous District Council, (9) Kamjong Autonomous District Council, with 24 DCC each, (10) Pherzawl Autonomous District Council, with fifteen DCC only, duly approved by the Hill Areas Committee of Manipur Legislative Assembly as per proper procedure under the rules of procedure and conduct of business, Manipur Legislative Assembly (Scheduled matters) and for the further necessary action.
