A Mizoram-based Joint Action Committee on NH-102B Package 2 has announced a Total Bandh in the Ngopa area of Champhai district on May 14, 2026, if the concerned authorities fail to meet their demands.
Travellers commuting between Lamka and Aizawl have been advised to remain cautious and plan their journeys accordingly due to the proposed bandh.
