UPF, KNO Condemn Bishnupur Blast Incident

Lamka, April 8: The United People’s Front (UPF) and the Kuki National Organisation (KNO) have strongly condemned the bomb blast incident at Tronglaubi in Bishnupur district, where two children were killed and their mother seriously injured on April 7, 2026.

In a joint statement, the organisations termed the incident as unfortunate and tragic. They also urged media outlets to exercise restraint and avoid blaming any particular community without proper verification.

UPF and KNO expressed their heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for strength during this difficult time.
