SS Khaplang dedicates his final will to the young Naga generation
"... of my people with their own sovereign and independent state based on our distinct history, tradition, and culture. I also wish that the sacrifices of our people for our political rights will not go in vain. I do hope that the leaders of different groups will not fail to understand the feelings and yearnings of the Naga people for unity. I also urge them to listen to the voice of the people and unite in the interest of the Naga people and not for their selfish ends or party interest. Let us also remember that unity is strength and disunity is our downfall. Therefore, I urge all the Naga political groups to leave aside all their differences and unite and give peace a chance in our land. Only then will the future of the Nagas be bright, peaceful, and progressive. I also urge all the Naga people to pray for unity among us."
