New Delhi, 20 Nov 2022: The All Tribal Students' Union Manipur (ATSUM) called on Shri Kiren Rijiju, Hon'ble Union Cabinet Minister of Law and Justice, Government of India today at his official quarter, 9, Khrisna Menon Marg, New Delhi and apprised him of the threat and insecurity felt by the tribal people of Manipur State due to persistent demand of the STDCM for inclusion of Meetei/Meitei community into ST category. The Hon'ble Minister warmly welcomes the ATSUM team and had a positive discussion on the matter.
ATSUM also submitted a memorandum to the Hon'ble Union Cabinet Minister.
