New Delhi, October 8, 2026: A Special NIA Court in New Delhi has sentenced Thai national and arms smuggler Willy Naruenartwanich, also known as Mr Wuthikorn Naruenartwanich and Willy, to six years’ imprisonment and fined him ₹5 lakh in a case linked to an international arms procurement conspiracy involving the NSCN (IM).
