Myanmar Junta’s Airstrike Devastates Tongzang Village, Innocent Civilians Flee for Safety

On October 14, 2025, the Myanmar military junta reportedly carried out an airstrike on Tongzang, a peaceful Zo village located near the India-Myanmar border. The attack destroyed several houses and properties, leaving many civilians injured. Terrified villagers, including women and children, fled into the jungle to escape further bombing.

Eyewitnesses say that the bombs were dropped without warning, reducing homes to ashes and spreading panic throughout the area. Local sources report that the junta targeted civilian zones instead of armed groups, raising serious questions about its motives.

On Oct 13, the Junta has bombed several Chin villages killing innocent children, several injured, and massive destruction of houses and properties.

This inhuman and brutal act once again exposes the Myanmar junta’s disregard for human life. Attacking innocent civilians — people who only wish to live in peace — is a gross violation of international law and human rights. The world must not remain silent while such atrocities continue.

Global leaders, humanitarian organizations, and the United Nations are urged to condemn these airstrikes and take immediate action to protect Myanmar’s innocent people from further violence and displacement.

Condemnation of the Brutal Murder of Ms. Vincy Nengneithem Khongsai in Delhi

Press Release
Date: 14th October 2025

Condemnation of the Brutal Murder of Ms. Vincy Nengneithem Khongsai in Delhi

The Kuki Women Organisation for Human Rights (KWOHR) expresses deep shock and outrage over the brutal killing of Ms. Vincy Nengneithem Khongsai by her live-in partner Mr. Thangjam Viney Meitei in Munirka, South Delhi, on the night of 12th October 2025. The victim was mercilessly murdered by the slitting of her throat, an act that is both inhumane and condemnable.

We strongly condemn this heinous crime and urge the Government and the Delhi Police to take immediate and strict action against the perpetrator and ensure that justice is delivered swiftly under the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

We also extend our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and stand in solidarity with them during this painful time.

Violence against women is a grave human rights violation that must never be tolerated. We call upon all civil society organisations, women's groups, and human rights defenders to unite and raise their voices to end gender-based violence and ensure justice for all victims.

Justice for Vincy Nengneithem Khongsai!
Stop violence against women.

ZRO welcomes Th. Muivah’s homecoming to Somdal after five decades

Ukhrul, October 13: The Zomi Re-Unification Organisation (ZRO) has welcomed the news that NSCN General Secretary Thuingaleng Muivah will visit his native Somdal village in Ukhrul district on October 22, more than 50 years after leaving his home.

ZRO in a statement issued on Monday said Th. Muivah's return to his birthplace after decades in exile is "a moment of joy," describing him as a leader who has endured great hardship and sacrifice for the cause of his people.

ZRO hailed Muivah as a visionary leader whose decision to enter into a ceasefire with the Government of India reflected his commitment to a peaceful and negotiated political settlement.

"ZRO wishes that a lasting and honourable political solution will be achieved sooner than later," the statement read.

It further expressed hope that Th. Muivah's visit would strengthen brotherhood and peace among communities in the Northeast and wished him good health and a happy homecoming.

Myanmar Junta Bombs Chin Villages; Locals Call for Unity and Peace

On October 13, several Chin villages also faced deadly airstrikes carried out by the Myanmar military junta, around 10 AM.

The affected villages include Webulah and Tlangzar in Falam Township, Khuafo and Tlanglo in Thantlang Township, and Chuncung and Vanha in Hakha Township.

According to local sources, these peaceful villages suffered massive destruction, and many innocent civilians, including children, lost their lives. The situation in southern Chin areas such as Mindat, Matupi, and Paletwa was no different — bombs rained down, blood was shed, and countless lives were lost. Residents describe the suffering as unbearable and heartbreaking.

A heartfelt message in the Chin language circulated among the people, calling for unity among all Chin armed forces:

“If all Chin forces hold hands and think about our villages, it will be good. So many innocent lives, even children, have been lost. While we suffer this much, should we still fight among ourselves? Isn’t it time to make peace?”

The message reflects the deep pain and longing for peace among Chin civilians, who continue to face the horrors of war. Despite the junta’s relentless attacks, the people’s spirit for unity and peace remains strong.

As one local peace advocate shared, “We, the people, want at least a voice of peace — to make our Chin armed forces unite.”

Global nations and the United Nations Human Rights Council must come forward to condemn this cruel and ironic rule, and to stand with the innocent people of Myanmar who are crying out for peace, justice, and freedom.

Sinwar’s Handwritten Playbook: “Film the Horror, Burn the Neighborhoods”

🚨 IDF intelligence has released a six-page handwritten memo from Hamas chief Yahya Sinwar, penned in 2022, laying out the invasion plan in chilling detail: weeks of "routine" movements as cover; then a multi-pronged breach, with commanders ordered to generate shock images and blast them out fast to incite unrest in Judea & Samaria and terrorize Israelis.

The memo instructs terrorists to trample soldiers, shoot at point-blank range, knife victims, blow up tanks—and explicitly to film it all. It even calls for two or three operations to set an entire neighborhood or kibbutz ablaze using fuel from a tanker, and to broadcast the inferno.

Operationally, Sinwar assigns axes for each brigade—North toward the coast; Gaza Brigade northeast; Central Camps northeast with an eastern tilt; Khan Younis east; Rafah southeast—while ordering a rapid surge to "fix facts on the ground" in the first 6–10 hours before Israel can counter.

Analysts note the document was captured in Hamas's tunnel network during IDF operations and that its directives—deception, mass breach, staged atrocity footage—match what the terrorists carried out. This was premeditated psychological warfare aimed at murdering Israelis and broadcasting it to the region.

BREAKING - OFFICIALLY IN THE HANDS OF THE IDF

Seven Israeli hostages have been transferred to IDF forces inside the Gaza Strip, the military confirms.

Hamas handed the captives — Matan Angrest, brothers Gali and Ziv Berman, Alon Ohel, Eitan Mor, Omri Miran, and Guy Gilboa-Dalal — to Red Cross personnel in Gaza City. The Red Cross then escorted them to Israeli troops operating nearby.

The hostages are now being taken by Israeli special forces to an army site near Re'im, where they will undergo medical and psychological evaluations before reuniting with their families.

The remaining 13 living hostages are slated for release later this morning from other locations throughout Gaza.

Meitei Husband Kills Kuki Wife in Delhi’s Munirka

New Delhi, Oct 13: A deeply disturbing incident has shaken Munirka, South Delhi, where a 35-year-old woman identified as Vincy Nengneithem Khongsai, reportedly from the Kuki community of Manipur, was found dead in her rented accommodation on the night of October 12.

Preliminary reports suggest that Vincy and her husband, Nongthongbam Pradeep Singh, allegedly had frequent quarrels. On Sunday night, between 9:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., a heated argument reportedly escalated into a violent confrontation. Police suspect that Pradeep killed his wife before attempting to take his own life.

Police sources said the victim suffered multiple injuries, indicating a brutal assault before her death. The accused allegedly tried to end his life after committing the crime and was rushed to Safdarjung Hospital, where he is currently receiving treatment under police custody.

The tragic scene was discovered by the house owner, who immediately alerted authorities. Police arrived at the spot, recovered the body, and began their investigation.

As per official documents, the victim’s Aadhaar card identifies her as Thempi Khongsai from Saikul, Kangpokpi district, Manipur. Her husband’s name, appearing as Nongthongbam Pradeep Singh, indicates he belongs to the Meitei community of Manipur.
Investigators are examining the sequence of events and the motive behind the horrific act. Forensic teams have been deployed, and further details are awaited.

CorCom & SOREPA to observe BLACK DAY

The Coordination Committee (CorCom) and the Socialist Revolutionary Party (SOREPA) have called for a total shutdown on October 15, observing the day as "Black Day" to protest Manipur's merger with India in 1949.

The shutdown will be observed from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. (SOREPA from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.), with exemptions for medical, media, religious, and emergency services.

In their statements, the groups termed the 1949 merger "forced and illegitimate," asserting that Manipur was a sovereign state before annexation. They said the then Maharaja was compelled to sign the Merger Agreement under duress, violating international law and the right to self-determination.

The organisations urged citizens to remember the historical struggle for sovereignty and honour those who resisted annexation, describing October 15 as a day of unity, remembrance, and reaffirmation of Manipur's identity.
