Subject: Humble appeal to introduce and move 'Kuki Political Solution Bill' under *"Jammu & Kashmir Bifurcation Re-Organisation Act 2019"* in particular and the "Manipur Crisis" in general in the ongoing 'INDIAN PARLIAMENT WINTER SESSION' that was scheduled for the 25th November to the 20th December 2024._

_With highest respect, and in total desparation, ... the undersigned have the honour to beg you and give favour, on humanitarian ground to enable us to "Live and Let Live" like other ethnic communities in Mother India peacefully now onwards, unlike the bygone 78 years long "Hardships & Persecutions" that we have endured in our own land like a "Stepchild‟ of a step Mother in independant India, by introducing and moving the 'Kuki Political Solution Bill' in the ongoing Parliamentary Session based on the underlying point(s)._

_To implement and fulfil the latest KNO-UPF Talks with GoI for a 'Separate Administration' in the form of Union Territory (UT) under the Indian Constitution Article 239A, on Puducherry pattern, as was agreed on the 31st Aug -2nd Sept. 2023, to solve the long legitimate and democratic demand of the Kukis since 1947 by the Kuki National Assembly (KNA), [Lovers and defenders of India in the IWW (1917-1919) and IIWW under Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose (1942-1945)], resurged by KNO-UPF who were under 'Suspension of Operation' (SoO) with GoI since 2005/2008 to the present, to bring back "Peace‟ and save the 'Dignity & Prestige' of this 'Great Nation' as the largest democratic country in the World, keeping in mind that the Kukis and the Meiteis are totally separated physically, emotionally, mentally, economically and politically, in deep "Pain and Agonies' with 'Tears and Blood', never ever to live together again under the same administration (s)._

_In the light of the above, this humble SoS Memo is earnestly made to your respectable office, to introduce in the 'Parliamentary Session' for discussion by all honourable Parliamentarians to bring a "Final Political Solution" to fulfill the long cherished dream of the Kukis, to let us live in peace like our fellow citizens, under the provisions and framework of the Constitution of this „Great Nation'.
