IMPHAL — The
differently disabled peoples organization from the hills and plains of Manipur
comes together under the aegis of the State Platform for Disabled Peoples
Organization (SPDPO) held a protest rally and sit-in-protest 'Dharna' infront
of the state’s Social Welfare Directorate office, Imphal on August 30, 2018.
