Notify, as hereby served to all club/teams affiliated under CDSA that the "Zou Gal Centenary Shield–2017" Football Tournament shall be held from 10th November 2017 at Peace Ground, Tuibong. All intending Clubs and UZO Blocks not affiliated to CDSA are requested to note the following points:

1) Issue of Entry Form: 10 Oct 2017

2) Last Date of Submission of Entry Form:31 Oct 2017
