We, the undersigned student bodies, address the ongoing tense situation currently unfolding. We have received numerous reports of individuals experiencing panic, with many shifting from their rental homes in search of safety, and several students facing severe fear psychosis.
In light of these developments, we urge all concerned parties to foster a calm and conducive environment, ensuring that everyone feels safe within our community. It is important to remember that the safety and well-being of all individuals are of paramount importance, and we reassure everyone that efforts are being made to protect all lives.

Local Media Condemns Attacks on Media
Lamka, 19th March, 2025 --- We condemn in the strongest terms the destruction of the Zogam Today Newspaper signboard by some miscreants amidst the prevailing situation in the district. Furthermore, some Eimi Times newspaper hawkers have been stopped.
We appeal to all individuals to refrain from harassing or disrupting the media houses, hawkers, and reporters who are simply performing their duties to disseminate information.
We stand in solidarity with the Zogam Today Newspaper team and urge the authorities to take necessary actions to ensure the safety and security of media personnel.
Let us uphold the principles of a free press and allow media professionals to carry out their work without fear or intimidation.
